2024 is the year I've decided to make a change, to recreate myself into the best version I can be. It's not just about physical fitness, but also about increasing my productivity and living a more fulfilling life. I've embarked on this journey by creating a vision board and slowly incorporating new habits into my daily routine.

One of the first habits I introduced was drinking water before I had any coffee. It's a small change, but it's had a big impact on my hydration levels and overall well-being. Next, I focused on exercise. Fortunately, I already had a spin bike at home, so I committed to getting up early and riding every morning.

To keep myself motivated during these rides, I started listening to more motivational content, including pre-recorded weekly videos from Earn It All and Andy Elliot. These videos not only help pass the time but also fill me with a sense of purpose and determination.

One of the biggest challenges I faced was cutting down on mindless phone scrolling. I made a deal with myself that I could only scroll through my phone while on the spin bike. This helped me limit my screen time and stay focused on my goals.

However, despite these efforts, I found myself struggling to stay consistent. That's when something Andy Elliot said really hit home: "Quit breaking promises to yourself." It made me realize that by not sticking to my commitments, I was letting myself down and missing out on opportunities for growth.

I never want to have a "wish I woulda" moment in my life again. That realization has become my driving force. I'm committed to keeping my word to myself and doing the things I say I'm going to do. It's not always easy, but I know that every small step I take is bringing me closer to the life I want to live.

This journey is just beginning, and I'm excited to see where it takes me. Who knows what other changes and challenges lie ahead, but I'm ready to face them head-on. 2024 is my year of transformation, and I'm ready to make it count.
